Control Mode

Control Mode allows an authorized Acquirer or Enterprise user to login as if they were the merchant. This functionality is designed to help with troubleshooting and guiding merchants through any challenges they may encounter quickly and efficiently. Enterprises can control access to Control Mode in Settings by providing this functionality to specific Team Members. 

To access Control Mode, please follow these simple steps: 

1. Click Merchants in the main menu 
2. Scroll or search for your desired merchant
3. Click the desired merchant to open the side panel on the right 
4. At the top of the side panel, click Control Mode to enable the functionality 

When you are ready to exit Control Mode, simply click Exit at the top of your screen.
