Account Types

Our platform is designed for two types of busineses, Enterprises and Submerchants.

Enterprises

Enterprises are companies that provide merchant services to individual merchants or integrate payments in their own product, such as SaaS platforms, online marketplaces and mobile apps. Enterprises can choose to use our full platform including the UI, or make use of our API to build their own product on top. Enterprises have the additional benefit of fully white labeling the experience for their merchants including custom URL, enterprise branding on Submerchant facings emails and on platform.

Submerchants

Submerchants are individual businesses that receive payment processing services and access to our platform from an Enterprise. Submerchants have a more limited white label experience which is restricted to customer facing email alerts, including receipts and refund notifications.
