Refund

Refunding a transaction is made easy and quick to ensure your customers always have a great experience. To issue a refund, please follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Manage Money
  2. Click the magnifying glass icon and type in the name of the customer
  3. Press return to run your search and select the relevant transaction from the search results
  4. The side panel on the right of your screen will show transaction details. Click the three dots in the top right corner to view your available actions including Refund
  5. Click Refund and Confirm
