Receipts
Receipts are sent automatically and immediately after each transaction. However if you need to resend a receipt, this can be done manually with a few clicks.
- Click Manage Money
- Click the magnifying glass icon and type in the name of the customer
- Press return to run your search and select the relevant transaction from the search results
- The side panel on the right of your screen will show transaction details. Click the three dots in the top right corner to view your available actionsm including Resend receipt
- Click Resend receipt and Confirm
